Interventions Manager

The Interventions Manager enables you to add and edit intervention records, which are a detailed account of clinical advice provided to the patient on pharmacy premises. The module also enables you to add, edit and delete intervention letters and reporting categories. 

Here is a list of the types of interventions on ProScript Connect.

Anticoagulant Therapy

The Anticoagulant Therapy intervention enables you to record a detailed report of a patient query about their anticoagulant treatment, including whether their INR is within the recommended range.

Lithium Therapy

The Lithium Therapy intervention enables you to record a detailed report of a patient query about their lithium treatment, including whether their serum-lithium concentration level is within the recommended range.

Prescription Intervention

The Prescription intervention enables you to record a detailed report of a miscellaneous patient query about one of their prescriptions.

Travel Advice

The Travel Advice intervention enables you to record a detailed report of a patient query about an upcoming trip abroad and the clinical and medical precautions to apply in that case.

  The Travel Advice is the only intervention for which there is no severity level or letter templates available.

You can access the Interventions Manager from the top left-hand corner of the ProScript Connect Main Screen, by clicking PSC_proscriptconnectmenu > Interventions.

The Interventions Manager enables you to add, edit and delete four different types of interventions: anticoagulant therapy, lithium therapy, prescription intervention and travel advice intervention.

Intervention Letters
