The Setting Templates Manager is part of the Head Office series of modules and enables you to add and edit setting templates, which are a set list of application settings which you can then assign to one or more branches.
You can access the Setting Templates Manager from the top left-hand corner of the ProScript Connect Main Screen by clicking 
> Setting Templates Manager.
