Branch Stock Availability Count Manager

The Branch Stock Availability Count Manager (also known as the Branch SAC Manager) enables you to process a weekly stock count queue of the on-shelf product quantities (packs and units) for your branches, as set by the SAC criteria at head office level, to be counted within the current week of the cycle by the branch staff.

This effectively prompts your branches to accurately and consistently record the stock count for items which are regularly dispensed in your pharmacy, including items that hold a stock value (either positive or negative), items for which the stock value has moved in the last 6 months and items which are added to a branch’s stock usage for the first time.

  1. From the ProScript Connect Main Screen, click PSC_proscriptconnectmenu > Edit Application Settings.
  2. The Edit Application Settings window displays, with the Default configuration sub-category displayed by default.
  3. In the Default sub-category, locate the Application Mode configuration setting and ensure it is set to Branch.

  1. Press [F10 – Save].

You can access the SAC Manager from the top left-hand corner of the ProScript Connect Menu by clicking PSC_proscriptconnectmenu > Stock Availability Count Manager.
