Head Office enables you, as the head office of a group of dispensaries, to manage data at a branch level. This includes creating groups, branches, branch users and settings templates, and setting templates to specific branches. Head Office also enables you to generate, export and print reports on branch data using the Central Reporting utility.
To access the majority of the head office modules, you must toggle the Head Office application mode configuration setting from the Edit Application Settings.

- From the ProScript Connect Search Screen, click > Edit Application Settings.
- The Edit Application Settings window displays, with the Default configuration sub-category displayed by default.
- In the Default sub-category, locate the Application Mode configuration setting and ensure it is set to HeadOffice.

Stage 1: Setting Up Branch Data
The first stage in the process would be to set up your application setting templates specific to branches, branches, branch users and groups.

Stage 2: Sending Head Office Data to Branches
Once you have set up the data necessary for communication between a head office and its branches, you can start sending data through to the branches as and when required.
