Quarterly Report

The NHS quarterly report is required within 10 working days from the last day of June, September, December and March.

  1. From the NMS Manager screen, in the General tab, click F10 – Quarterly ReportNMS Quarterly Report
  2. On the NMS Quarterly Report screen, select either the required quarter or click Custom, then select the customised period/date range required
  3. In the CCG field, type in your local CCG/ICB details
  4. If you require an export file, select the Output to Excel box, then click the 3 dots icon to navigate to your chosen location to save the Excel output to
  5. Click F10 – Run Report
  6. On the Report Preview screen, you can either Print or Export the file using the icons at the top of the screen.

Post Payment Verification (PPV) report

The PPV report was introduced in ProScript Connect v1.31.0.

The NHSBSA Provider Assurance Team perform monthly samples reviewing New Medicine Service claims made by pharmacy owners and asking them to send in evidence to support their payment claims. To assist pharmacies in providing this evidence, a PPV report is now available for the pharmacy to produce the information relating to the claims for the specified period. The report is provided in an Excel format.

  1. From the NMS Manager screen, in the General tab, click PPV Report
  2. Select either the required period or customise the dates as required
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon and navigate to your chosen location to save the Excel output to
  4. Click F10 – Run Report.

NMS Details Report

The new contractual settlement details included changes to how pharmacies are paid for the NMS service. Previously, pharmacies were only paid on completion of the Follow Up stage. They will now be paid separate fees for the completion of the Intervention and Follow Up stages.

Completed and claimable activities will be identifiable with a green infill and a black tick in the NMS Manager. Engagement activities may be green (completed) but will never be ticked as this stage is not claimable.

Tip: Refer to the key at the bottom of NMS Manager screen, to understand the coloured legends.

  1. From the NMS Manager screen, in the General tab, use the filters to display the reviews you wish to print or export
  2. Click F8 – Print NMS DetailsReport Preview screen
  3. On the Report Preview screen, you can either Print or Export the file using the icons at the top of the screen.
