Pharmacy Group Record Viewer (PGRV)

Pharmacy Group Record Viewer (PGRV)

The Pharmacy Group Record Viewer (PGRV) provides pharmacy groups with the ability to view useful clinical information of patients across branches within the same group, including services, registrations, notes and dispensing history.

In order to view this information, the patient must exist in your pharmacy and at least one other pharmacy in your group. The patient must provide consent for their information to be shared, and once obtained, instant access is provided using the patient’s NHS number for synchronisation and validation.

The Pharmacy Group Record tab is accessed within the patient’s PMR.
