The Locations Manager screen enables you to add, edit and delete locations in your dispensary, including Fridges, CD Cabinets, Shelves, Baskets, Robots and Stock Rooms. All these locations are then available to select from the Prescription Tracking Update, the Prescription Tracking Edit, and the Stock Manager modules when selecting an additional stock location.

To access the Locations Manager screen, click ProScript Connect in the top left-hand corner, then select Edit Locations. You can use the Filter field to look at each different type of location.

Add a location

  1. On the Locations Manager screen, click F1 – Add Location and select the type of location you want to create from the list.
  2. A blank Add New location window is displayed. The name of the window will vary depending on the location you have chosen to add.
  3. Enter the location name and description, then click F10 – Save. (NB. It is recommended to set up your fridge and CD cabinets first and then the rest of the locations afterwards)
  4. The new location is added to the grid. The type will be tagged with varying colours depending on the location you have added.

Edit a location

  1. On the Locations Manager screen, select the location you want to edit, then click F2 – Edit Selected. 
  2. On the Edit Location screen, edit fields as required.
  3. Click F10 – Save. 

Delete a location

  1. On the Locations Manager screen, select the location you want to delete, then click F3 – Delete Selected. 
  2. On the confirmation edit screen, click Yes.

Restore a deleted location

  1. On the Locations Manager screen, select .
  2. Select the deleted location, then click F2 – Edit Selected Location.

  3. On the Edit Location screen, deselect the Deleted box.
  4. Click F10 – Save. 

Fridge Management

Fridges are the only location for which you can record the daily fridge temperatures and mark whether they are broken or fixed, either directly from the Locations Manager or from the Fridge Temperature pop-up window.
