Removing an NMS

 

When you decline, cancel or escape an NMS review from the NMS Notification, the record is moved to the Escaped/Declined tab in the NMS Manager. You are able to remove the record from this tab.

Removing an NMS record from the grid is permanent and irreversible.

  1. To begin, open the NMS Manager from the ProScript Connect Main Screen by clicking the [ProScript Connect] menu button and selecting the NMS Manager menu item.
  2. From the NMS Manager, select the Escaped/Declined tab. The tab contents display, with a list of all NMS records which have been declined, cancelled or escaped.

  1. Highlight the NMS record that you want to remove and select the [Remove from NMS] button.
  2. A pop-up window displays, asking whether you are sure you want to remove the NMS record from the grid. Select the [Yes] button. The NMS record is removed.
