As you use the scanning app, you may come across either a warning or notification messages.

To help you understand these message and any actions you need to take, please search the table below

ScriptCheck scanning app settings guide

Unknown picklist scanned Picklist An unknown barcode has been scanned with no corresponding picklist found. Click Esc to remove message.
Scan a picklist that you do want to scan.
Script pending Picklist The script already exists in the Picklist Builder, i.e. it has already been scanned. Click Esc to remove message.
The application takes you to the correct section of the Picklist Builder to continue.
Please confirm picklist should be reset, this will cause all progress for this picklist to be lost and reset to a fresh state Picklist This will reset/delete all current progress on this picklist. Click Confirm and the picklist is reset. This causes all progress in the application to be deleted for the picklist. If the picklist was started and packs scanned, you will possibly need to remove the labels so they can be re-scanned and printed.

Reset a picklist guide

The label contains information on which picklist the basket(s) are in and to help speed up continuation of the process. For reminder labels, click Print.
