What happens once signed up?
- We’ll send in an engineer to replace your current router with a permanent 4G model
- If there’s a good signal in the pharmacy, the router will work without any extended aerials
- The router will switch to and from 4G automatically in the event of a failure, for any reason this does not happen automatically our Helpdesk will be able to assist
- You get total peace of mind that your pharmacy will continue to work as efficiently as your patients expect in the event of a connectivity failure
What happens if I don’t have Careway Link 4G?
We do offer a break-fix solution*, but this comes with a one-off cost of £350 for installation and could take up to 72 hours to install, depending on availability. There is no constant connection, no immediate connection , however you can retain the router for up to one month until the line is fixed.
